Ninoska Huerta, promoter and art publisher, has been dedicated to the study of the history of plastic arts in the Art School of the UCV (Universidad Central de Venezuela), in Harvard University and the Museum of Fine Arts of Boston. She has also taken free courses on modern painting in the Museum of Louvre, the Museum of Modern Art of New York and the Museum of Contemporary Art Sofía Imber (MACCSI), in Caracas, Venezuela. Her vocation towards the knowledge of the contemporary painting and sculpture took her to study the adjustment of the architectonic spaces and for that reason she graduated in Interiors Design. As an enthusiast of cultural animation, Ninoska Huerta proposes and makes projects, with remarkable professionalism, like Directing the Exhibition Hall of Petróleos de Venezuela. She directed and coordinated the exhibitions of Soto, Carlos Cruz-Diez and Victor Valera, all in 1998, as well as she is curator of the individual sample of Jesus Soto, " Soto, movement and energy ", at the Previsora Gallery, in 1999, in addition to have organized, with own initiative and curatorial, another great exhibition of the same Master at the Cultural Center Corp-Banca, in Caracas, Venezuela in the year 2000. Ninoska Huerta represents at the present time famous contemporary artists, among which the Masters Jesús Soto and Carlos Cruz-Diez. In addition, her support to new generations of artists has not been less important. Artists such as Karim Borjas, Annete Turrillo and Carlos Anzola, who have had one long trajectory of exhibitions and recognitions. Proof of it is the recent mentions that two of these artists have obtained in the "I ExxonMobil de Venezuela, S.A. Hall of Art 2001 ", and whose works could be watched at the Sacred Museum of Caracas.
Her recent publication, titled "Soto and the Scripture", conjugate the literary excellence of a great Venezuelan writer, Dr Arturo Uslar Pietri, with Soto´s poetic line of vision and the excellent texts of the Historian of Art and great friend Carlos Silva. The result cannot be another one but a cosy route by our senses.
